I'm building SVGBase, a browser toolkit for vector files. You upload an SVG and the AI animation generator turns it into a lightweight animation; you can also tweak it in the built-in SVG editor or convert it to DXF for laser cutters and CNC machines. There's a free plan, and paid plans start at $4.90.
