ChambaNOW is a bilingual (English/Spanish) marketplace that connects day laborers and skilled trade workers with people and businesses who need help, across the US and Mexico. Hirers post jobs for construction, landscaping, moving, cleaning, painting and more, and every post is automatically translated between English and Spanish so it reaches Spanish-speaking workers. Workers browse local jobs by city and apply in their own language. Posting jobs is free. Launched in June 2026, ChambaNOW already gets more than 80,000 visits a month.
