KYC Vault is a compliance register for Dutch firms under the Wwft, the Dutch anti-money-laundering act, supervised by Bureau Financieel Toezicht (BFT): bookkeeping, tax, payroll and corporate-services practices. For every client, the firm knows which KYC documents exist, whether they are valid and when they expire, as a continuously maintained state rather than a yearly spreadsheet exercise. The evidence lives in the product: an in-app vault with cryptographic integrity, masked ID copies, the raw answer of every external check, and a five-year retention duty that ends in evidenced destruction. It runs in the EU on infrastructure the operator controls; selected data goes to named processors only for the work staff trigger, and where each goes is documented, not asserted.
