BareBonesCRM
Single-user outreach CRM. No DB, no build step, no seats. Clone, run, done.
barebonesCRM is an outreach CRM for one person running a few campaigns: pitching a book, a talk, a product or yourself to a few hundred people. It answers four questions and stops there: who did I write to, who owes me a reply, what is due today, which campaign is moving.
It is a folder. Three readable JSON files hold campaigns, organizations and leads. One stdlib Python script serves one HTML page. Git is the database: every save is a commit, undo is git revert, backup is git push. No login, no hosted service, nothing to install or keep alive. Clone it, run it, replace the sample lead, and you have a working board in a minute.
Optional: CSV import and a plain-English Ask tab backed by Claude or ChatGPT. Single-user by design. Small enough to read in an afternoon and change to fit you.
